A bill entitled an Act to grant pensions to certain soldiers
and sailors, and the widows of soldiers and sailors of the
war of 1812, who served in the service of the United States
from the State of Maryland, and who have not heretofore re-
ceived a pension from the State.

Which was read a first time.

Also, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act for the benefit of Julia A. Dorsey
widow of Edward Dorsey.

Which was read a first time.

Also, reported unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact section 2, so
far as it may relate to Dochester county, and section 3, chap-
ter 477, Acts of 1870, relating to pensioners.

The unfavorable report was adopted.
Also, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1868, chapter
224, entitled an Act to pay E. C. Dorsey, of Frederick county,
widow of Vachel W. Dorsey, who was a soldier of the war of
1812, from the State of Maryland, an annual pension of
eighty dollars, during her life.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
to whom was referred,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 233, of the Acts.
of 1868, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Phila-
delphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Rail Road Company.

Reported the same without amendment,

favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the Printing of the
General Assembly of Maryland.

of Huntingdon Chapel, in Baltimore county, in relation to
