After some time passed in Committee of the Whole,
The House resumed its session.

Mr. Stake, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole, sub-
mitted the following report:

The Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred the
bill entitled an Act to extend the limits of Baltimore City,
by including and annexing a part or portion of Baltimore
county in and to the said city, and to provide for taking the
vote of the people residing in said part or portion to be so
annexed, for against such annexation, report that they have
had the same under consideration, have acted on the same,
report favorably thereon, and ask to be discharged from the
further consideration thereof.

The report was concurred in, the Committee discharged,
and the bill then passed by yeas and nays, as follows:
