Insert the word "regular" between the words "each" and
"session," in line 2.

Strike out "or" in line 4, and insert "and."

Insert the word "educational" between the words "sani-
tary" and "or," in line 7.

Strike out the word "correct" in line 12, and insert in lieu
thereof the words ''institute proceedings before a proper tri-
bunal, for the correction of."

Strike out from "however," in line 13, down to "that" in
line 16.
