Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Testamentary Law, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Oliver P.
Sparks, of Talbot county, a certain sum of money errone-
ously paid into the Treasury.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Claims.

The Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to allow a discount upon
county tax.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

The Senate, bill entitled an Act to extend an Act to incor-
porate the Borden Mining Company, passed at December
session, 1846, chapter 318, for the period of thirty years.

Commissioners of Cecil county to pay the Sheriff of said
