passed January session, 1870, chapter 12, entitled an Act
for the better protection of game in Montgomery county, and
to amend and re-enact the same as amended,

Section 2, line 3, strike out the word "twentieth," and
insert "fifteenth."

Section 2, line 4, strike out the words "first day of Novem-
