hours confinement, may be sworn out by credible witnesses ;
but if he is a minor, then "his parent or parents,-or guar-
dian, or other person or persons, in whose custody or control
he may be, or is, or ought to be," shall be sent to jail in his
stead, and the like "swearing out" proceedings had, as in
the case of an adult. Such a bill cannot receive Executive
approval.
