The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Freder-
ick City Super-Phosphate Manufacturing Company,

Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Kecch submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 2, line 6, insert the word "shall" before the word
"have."

The proposed amendment was adopted,

And the bill, as amended, read a third time and passed by

Cambridge, in Cambridge, Dorchester County,

Being upon a third reading,

Mr. Matthews submitted the following amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Add the following, to come in after section 28, and be
numbered section 29: SEC, 29. And be it enacted, That the
General Assembly reserves to itself the right to alter, amend
or repeal this Act at pleasure. Make sections 29 and 30,
read 30 and 31, respectively.
