The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the transfer
of certain land records and extracts of deeds from the office
of the Clerk of the Court of Appeals to the office of the Com-
missioner of the Land Office, to repeal section 40, of Article
18, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal section
55, of the same Article, and to re-enact a substitute therefor,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

an amendment.
