Mr, Joyce presented the petition of Lewis Heble and
thirty-five others, of Baltimore county, in favor of the ex-
tension of Baltimore City limits.

Which wag read and referred to the Select Committee on
the Extension of the Limits of Baltimore City.

Mr. Matthews presented the petition of William C. O'Dell,

James S. Ridgeley and twenty-one other citizens of the 1st,
2nd and 3rd districts of Baltimore county, asking the pas-
sage of a Dog Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Agri-
culture.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of John Gies, Jr., H. F.
Emick, Eobert Carson, James H. Berryman and thirty-six
other citizens of Baltimore county, living in or near Reisters-
town, praying the passage of a law to provide for the election
of Trustees of the Franklin Academy in Reisterstown.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-

diciary.

Mr. Joyce presented the petition of John Jamison, to have
his name restored to the pension rolls.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Also,

The petition of Thomas Wheeler and thirty-one others, of
Baltimore county, in favor of the extension of Baltimore City
limits.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
the Extension of the Limits of Baltimore City.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of Richard Cromwell,
John W. Jenkins, Lloyd W. Williams, William M. Boone
and other citizens of Baltimore county, living near Baltimore
City, against an extension of the limits of Baltimore City.

The petition of Joseph Butler, Christian Buehler, James
Hughes, Gotlieb Engle and twenty other citizens and tax-
payers of Baltimore county, living near Baltimore City,

against an extension of the limits of Baltimore City.
