county, a sum of money erroneously demanded of her by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil county, for a license, and
paid by said Clerk into the Treasury.

egation.

A bill entitled an Act to lay out and establish a new elec-
tion district in Somerset county, out of Lawson's District, No.
8, and Smith's Island District, No. 7, to be called Crisfield
District, No. 7.

Returned the bill entitled an Act to repeal section 872, of
