uary session, 1872, chapter 44, entitled an Act to repeal an
Act passed at January session 1870, chapter 11, to repeal
section 204, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Lawa
for Washington county, relating to Justices of the Peace and
Constables in said county, and to re-enact the said Act of
1872, chapter 44, with amendments, and an additional pro-
vision in regard to Registers of Voters in said county,

Lay, Bishop of the Diocese of Easton, as such in the Protest-
ant Episcopal Church in the United States of America, his
successors in office, and his and their assigns, to hold a lot
or parcel of land conveyed to him by William Goldsborough
and others, by a deed dated the 31st day of October, 1873,
for the use and purposes declared in the said deed,
