242 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 4, Mr. Maclin submitted the following RESOLUTIONS.
1st. Resolved, This 4th day of February, A. D. 1874,
2nd. Resolved, As the sense of this House of Delegates, Which were read. The question recurriug upon the adoption of the order, Mr. Brace demanded a division of the question. Which was decided in the affirmative. The question then recurring upon the first Resolution, It was adopted. The second Resolution was then adopted.
The question then recurring upon the adoption of the Res- Mr. Keech demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called, and appeared as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
