the House, of the Joint Select Committee on Police, to whom
had been referred the Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 806, of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the City of Baltimore, entitled "Police," and to
re-enact in. lieu thereof another section as section eight
hundred and six,

Reported the same without amendment.
The bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore city, moved that said bill be
read a third time this day, under the provisions of the Con-
stitution, section 27, Article 3.
