"five," and insert the word "three."

Under the head of Inspections, line 88, amend by striking
out the word "fifty," and inserting the word "forty."

Under the head of Militia, line 47, add at the end of said
line "or so much thereof as may be necessary."

Which was adopted.

Under the head of Contingent Fund, line 50, amend by
striking out the words "two thousand," and insert in lieu
thereof the words "fifteen hundred."

Which was adopted.

Under the head of Public Schools, line 75, amend by in-
serting aiter the word "dollars," the following : "Provided,
that the amount of one hundred thousand dollars includes
the fifty thousand dollars appropriated by the Senate bill for
this purpose, if said Senate bill becomes a law."

"Add five hundred dollars for the year 1875, to the He-
brew Orphan Asylum, of Baltimore, and to the Church Home
and Infirmary, of Baltimore city, two thousand dollars."

Amend by striking out "twenty-five" in line 80, and in-
serting "thirty."
