Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received House bill No. 269, being a bill entitled
an Act to repeal two Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at January Session, 1868, chapter 33, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed January
Session, 1868, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Lutherville, in Baltimore county, with the amendments pro-
posed by your Honorable Body to said bill, and respectfully
non concur therein, and request your Honorable Body to re-
cede from said amendments, and herewith return said bill for
that purpose.
