authorised and required to pay to Aquilla Smith, of Ken-
tucky, or to his order during lile, in quarter yearly pay-
ments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private,
in consideration of the services rendered by him during
the revolutionary war.

Resolution in favor of Benjamin Fitzgerald, of Kentucky.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and be is hereby
authorised and required to pay to Benjamin Fitzgerald, of
Kentucky, or to bis order during life, in quarter yearly pay-
ments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a Quarter
Master Sergeant, in consideration of the services rendered
by him during the revolutionary war.

mery county.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby au-
thorised and required to-pay to Nathan T. Hempston, of
Montgomery county, or to his order, whatever sum of mo-
ney may appear due bis father, William Hempston, deceas-
ed, upon the pension list, at the time of his death.
