ter thirty -four, not exceeding two thousand dollars, for the
erection of a Bridge over the Monocacy River, at Lilly
Ford, in said county.

CHAP. 101.

Limit

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That the judges of the said
Levy court, shall pursue all the provisions of the act to
which this is a supplement in making the additional levy
of two thousand dollars, and applying the same for the
erection of said bridge; and when said bridge is built, it
shall be a free bridge to all passengers.

Maryland, That Robson Leonard, Henry Clift, William.
C. Ridgaway, John W. Blake, Philip F. Thomas,
William Bullen, Arthur J. Loveday, Stephen P. Lay-
ton, Henry Cheers, Samuel Ozman, Thomas Hale,
Joshua M. Faulkner, Cain M. Clark, Joseph Bayley, Mor-
ris O. Colston, Alexander Todd, John Baynard, James B.
Rumbold, John B. Firbanks, John Bullen, James Barrott,
Robert W. Kennard, Thomas G. Martin, William F. A.
C. Kemp, Samuel W, Spencer, Perry Robinson, Richard
C. Lane, Peter Todd, Robert Delaha, John Harrington,
James A. Ridgaway, William L. Jones, Joseph Floyd,
William Burch, David Kirby, Thomas C. Nicols, Joseph
Graham, James B. Willson, William Colier, Edward Hale,
David Hall, Howes Goldsborough and Henry Johnson,
the officers and members of Miller Lodge, number eigh-
teen, of the Order of Independent Odd Fellows, in Talbot

Persons incorporat-
ed

county, and their successors, be, and they are hereby de-
clared to be a community, corporation and body politic
forever, by the name, style and title of Miller Lodge, num-
ber eighteen of the Order of Independent Odd Fellows;
and by that name, they and their successors, shall and may
at all times hereafter be capable in law to have, receive
and retain to them and their successors, property real and
personal; also, devises and bequests of any person or per-
sons, bodies corporate or politic, capable of making the
