catch oysters in the Chesapeake Bay or in the Potomac river

at any time that oysters are allowed to be taken in said waters

in conformity with the General Oyster Law of the State, and

they shall be subject to all the provisions and penalties pre-

scribed by the General Oyster Law of the State of Maryland.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Clerks of the Circuit

to pay for the privilege of taking oysters during a full oyster
|

season in any one year ; and said license shall permit such li-

in said Chesapeake Bay and Potomac river under the provisions

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That any person holding a license

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts,

local or general, inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed,
|
 
|
and that this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
