WHEREAS, William P. Dodson, of Norfolk, Virginia, erro-

neously paid to the several collectors of State and county taxes

have refunded to the said William P. Dodson the sum of twen-

said thirty-five dollars and fifty-six cents paid into the treasury

of said county, leaving unpaid the sum of eight dollars and

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby

authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treas-

urer of Maryland to pay the said William P. Dodson, of Nor-
|
 
|
folk, Virginia, the said sum of eight dollars and eighty-nine

|
 
|
the Treasury of Maryland during the years above mentioned.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

|
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 18 of Chapter 482 of the Acts of
|
 
|
the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1900, amend-
|
 
|
ing the charter of the town of Brunswick, Frederick County,
|
 
|
Maryland, and to re-enact said Section 18 of Chapter 482
|
 
|
of the Acts of 1900 with amendments so as to read as fol-
|
 
|
lows:

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
