AN ACT to provide for a special election in Baltimore City

 

for the submission to the legal voters of said city of an

 

ordinance, the same to be so submitted at such time and

 

place as shall be fixed thereby, pursuant to the provisions

 

of Section 7 of Article 11 of the Constitution of Maryland,

 

authorizing the issuance of stock by the said corporation to

 

an amount not exceeding six million dollars, for the purpose

 

of supplying additional means for defraying the expenses
