Charles County shall, in each and every year, levy upon the

 

assessable property of said county such sum of money as may

 

be necessary to pay the interest on the said bonds by them is-

 

sued in pursuance of this Act, as the same shall fall due, and

 

the principal thereof when the same may become due, or

 

such sum as, in their discretion, may be required and set aside

 

as a fund to gradually retire and redeem said bonds, and said

 

taxes authorized bv this Act shall be collected as other taxes

 

are collected in said county.

 

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in-

 

consistent with this Act are hereby repealed, and that this Act

 

shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 407.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 160

 

to 103, both inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public

 

Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "Roads,"

 

as amended by Chapter 354 of the Acts of 1902, and to repeal

 

Sections 103 A to 103F, both inclusive, of said Article under

 

said title and sub-title.

 

SECTION' 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Roads— St.
