of Baltimore City, where said bidder resides, and said court shall

 

enter judgment against said bond and issue execution thereon;

be furnished by the contractor at the same rate charged for

 

articles which are specifically mentioned in said contract, and if

 

any supplies which are required are not mentioned in said con-

 

tract, such supplies shall be furnished at the lowest market

 

rates.

Vouchers.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted. That the money payable to said

 

contractor under said contract shall be paid to him, and the

 

Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his war-

 

rant upon the Treasurer for such payment at such limes as the

 

Board of Public Works shall certify to the Comptroller; the

 

delivery of the materials called for by contract to any or all of

 

the aforesaid departments, said certificate to have atached to it

 

the bill or vouchers of the goods delivered, which vouchers shall

 

be approved by the heads of the respective departments here-

 

inbefore referred to, and by the Librarian, as to the supplies

 

for the General Assembly and the Court of Appeals, which ap-

 

proval shall certify that the goods and the prices charged for

 

the goods are in pursuance of the contract, and that the goods

 

have been duly delivered.

 

SEC. 7. And he it enacted. That this Act shall take effect from

 

the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 450

 

of the Acts of the Regular Session of the General Assembly

 

of Maryland of 1902. the said Chapter 450 being an Act to

 

repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 63 and 64 of

 

Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Charles

 

County," sub-title "Fences."

SECTION 4. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

and, That Chapter 450 of the Acts of the Regular" Session of

 

the General Assembly of Maryland of the year 1902, being an

County," sub-title ''Fences," be and the same is hereby re-en-
