SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

tend the powers of the Maryland Casualty Company, " be and

the same are hereby repealed, and that the said Sections 7 and

8 be and the same are hereby re-enacted, with amendments, so

as to read as follows:

7. The said corporation is authorized to take, have, hold

virtue of the sections hereby repealed.

SEC 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
