Bequest to a

church

(1) To the bequest of one hundred ($100) dollars under the

 

last will and testament of Harriet Langley. late of St. Mary's

 

County. Maryland, deceased, to the trustees of Friendship

 

Methodist Episcopal Church of Saint Marv's County, Mary-

 

land, said will being of record in the office of the Register of

 

Wills for said county.

(2) To the following legacies and conveyances to The Ves-

try of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, to

wit: (a) A bequest of one thousand ($1,000) dollars under

 

the last will and testament of Harriet Lane Johnson, late of

 

Washington, D. C., deceased, to the said vestry, in trust for

 

the "Boys' Orphanage" of said parish ; a duplicate of said will

 

being of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-

 

more City, (b) To three bequests under the last will and

 

testament of William Wyman, late of Baltimore City, deceased,

 

to said vestry, to wit: One bequest of ten thousand ($10,000)

 

dollars, in trust, for the payment of the salary of the rector of

 

said parish ; one bequest of five thousand ($5,000) dollars, in

 

trust, for the payment of the organist of said church ; and one

 

bequest of five thousand ($5,000) dollars to said vestry abso-

 

lutely ; said will being duly of record among the Testamentary

 

Records in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore

 

City, (c) To two bequests under the last will and testament

 

of Mary E. Banning, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to wit:

 

One of one thousand ($1,000) dollars to said vestry for the

 

maintenance of the St. John's Orphanage for Boys ; and one

 

of one hundred ($100) dollars, in trust, for investment and

 

the application of the income therefrom, to keeping in order in

 

perpetuity the Banning lot in the burying ground of said church.

 

(d) To the bequest of one thousand ($1,000) dollars under the

 

last will and testament of Elizabeth W. Aldrich, late of New

 

York City, deceased, probated in New York County, State of

 

New York, to said vestry for the use of the Boys' Orphanage

 

of said parish, (e) To the grant and conveyance by John W.

 

Hanson of the fee-simple lot of ground and improvements

 

thereon, in Baltimore City, to said vestry, said lot being known

 

as No. 411 Courtland street in said city and described as fol-

(f) To the grant of the reversion, in fee, of three lots of

 

ground and the improvements thereon, in Baltimore City, by

 

Harriet L. Crawford to said vestry ; said lots being known as

 

Nos. 2140, 3142 and 2144 Walbrook avenue, and described as
