CHAPTER 391.

 

AN ACT to repeal and rc-cnact, with amendments, Sections 53

 

and Go of Article 25 of the Code of Public General Laws of

 

Maryland, title "County Commissioners," sub-title "Drain-

 

ing Lands," and to add four new sections to said Article and

 

sub-title, to be known respectively as "Sections 44A, 75A,

 

73B and 75C."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

lands.

Commissioners," sub-title "Draining Lands," be and the same

 

are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that

 

four new sections be and the same are hereby added to said

tions 44A, 75A, 73B and 75C" of said Article, title and sub-

 

title, and to read as to said several sections herein so re-enacted

any ditch made pursuant to this Article, whether he be a tax-

 

able of said ditch or not.
