lations or provisions, powers, rights and advantages conferred

 

or intended to be conferred by this Act, and that said corpora-

 

tion shall especially have the power to acquire land or rights

 

and easements therein or thereon by purchase or by condemna-

 

tion under the regulations and provisions set forth in said Arti-

 

cle 23, of the Code of Public General Laws and the amend-

 

ments or supplements thereto.

by other means or systems as aforesaid.

hereby equally authorized to unite or consolidate with the

 

corporation by this Act incorporated. The power to con-

 

solidate conferred by this Act shall include the power to fix the

 

terms of such consolidation, the amount and character of the

 

capital stock of the corporation formed by such consolidation

 

not exceeding in the whole amount the aggregate authorized

 

capital of the constituent corporations, the snares of stock and

 

consideration to be issued or paid to the stockholders of the
