AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 12 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title

 

"County Commissioners," and to be known as Section 3/A,

 

to require the Clerk of the County Commissioners to mail

 

or deliver commissions to the Supervisors of Roads.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That an additional section be added to Article 12 of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett

 

County," sub-title "County Commissioners," to follow Section

 

37 and to be known as Section 37A, and to read as follows :

 

37A. That it shall be the duty of the Clerk of the County
Commissioners to mail for deliver all commissions to the Su-

to erect and build sidewalks.
