SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the said commission is here-

AN ACT to authorize John M. Michael to construct a bridge
|
 
|
over Swan creek, in Harford County, Maryland.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

land, That John M. Michael, of Harford County, be and he is
|
bridge.

hereby authorized, at his own cost and expense, to construct
|
 
|
a bridge across Swan creek in said county from a point east-
|
 
|
erly of the brick house on the Moulds Success farm to the
|
 
|
Oakington farm on the easterly shore of said creek; provided
|
 
|
that in erecting said bridge there will be provided a draw over
|
 
|
the channel of said creek not less than sixteen feet wide.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
