land, That John M. Michael, of Harford County, be and he is

bridge.

hereby authorized, at his own cost and expense, to construct

 

a bridge across Swan creek in said county from a point east-

 

erly of the brick house on the Moulds Success farm to the

 

Oakington farm on the easterly shore of said creek; provided

 

that in erecting said bridge there will be provided a draw over

 

the channel of said creek not less than sixteen feet wide.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add new sections to Chapter 178 of the Acts of

 

1896, entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of Ridgley,
