SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford

County to levy annually a sum of money for the support
|
|

of Elias Peterson of said county.

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|

ally a sum of money not to exceed one hundred dollars for

the support of Elias Peterson of said county.

CHAPTER 274.
|

|
AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
|
|
|
more to issue its certificate of stock to an amount not exceed-
|
|
|
ing two million dollars for the purpose of providing the
|
|
|
money to pay costs and expenses of condemning, opening,
|
|
|
grading, paving and curbing the streets, avenues, lanes and
|
|
|
alleys of the Annex portion of Baltimore City ; and to author-
|
|
|
ize the appointment of a commission, to be known as the
|
|
|
"Annex Improvement Commission," and to define the duties
|
|
|
of said commission.

|
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
