SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the

year 1905, and biennially thereafter, to select four judges and
|
 
|
two clerks, taking two of said judges and one of said clerks
|
 
|
from each of the said political parties, to act as the judges and
|
 
|
clerks in the primaries to be held in each election precinct of
|
 
|
the county ; and the said Board of Supervisors of Elections shall

give notice by publication of the names of all of said judges and

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said Board of Supervisors

and watchers representing the candidates of said parties shall

be allowed to be present at the several voting places during the

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the form of the ballots, with
|
 
|
the names of the candidates or delegates to be voted for for

visors of Elections at least ten days before the day upon which

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Supervisors of Elections

shall furnish to the judges all the ballots to be used at said
