CHAPTER 253.
|

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 410 of the Acts of the General
|
 
|
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1902, regu-
|
 
|
lating the closed season for hunting in Anne Arundel and
|
 
|
Prince George's Counties, and to re-enact the same with
|
 
|
amendments.
|
 
|
SECTION Ii. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That the Act of 1902, Chapter 410, of the General As-
|
 
|
sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
|
 
|
enacted so as to read as follows :
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no person shall shoot or

in any manner hunt, catch, kill or have in possession in Prince

each and every year, under a fine of not less than one dollar

nor more than ten dollars for each of the aforesaid birds or
|
 
|
game animals so shot, caught, killed or in possession.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any justice of the peace of
|

this State in and for the county where the offense shall be com-
