CHAPTER 253.

 

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 410 of the Acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1902, regu-

 

lating the closed season for hunting in Anne Arundel and

 

Prince George's Counties, and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION Ii. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That the Act of 1902, Chapter 410, of the General As-

 

sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby repealed and re-

 

enacted so as to read as follows :
