company, created by General Law or special Act, in general

meeting assembled, from time to time, to provide for calling

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 252.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
|
 
|
104, 105, 105A and 105B of Article 10 of the Code of Pub-
|
 
|
lic Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "County
|
 
|
Commissioners," and to add one additional section to follow
|
 
|
said Section 105, to be numbered 105C, relating to the num-
|
 
|
ber, term, election and compensation of the County Commis-
|
 
|
sioners of said county, and increasing the number of County
|
 
|
Commissioners to five.
|
 
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

land, That Sections 104, 105, 105A and 105B of Article TO of

104. At the general election to be held on the first Tuesday
