CHAPTER 250.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to meet the addi-

tional expenses of the Legislature of Maryland for the Ses-

sion of 1904:

WHEREAS, Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1902 appropriated

for the expenses of the Legislature of 1904 the sum of one

hundred and thirty thousand dollars; and

WHEREAS, Since the passage of said Act the representation

in the Legislature of Maryland has been enlarged and the

expenses thereof increased ; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the sum of seventy thousand dollars, or so much

thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby ap-

propriated to pay the members and officers of the General

Assembly, as well as all miscellaneous expenses of said Ses-

sion of 1904, in accordance with Chapter 421 of the Acts of

1902.

poses herein specified, to or upon the order of the person or

CHAPTER 251.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact the following with amend-

ments: Section 85M of Article 23 of the Code of Public

General Laws, entitled "Corporations," sub-title "General

Regulations," and to add an additional section to be desig-

nated as Section 85 N, providing for calling in and can-

celling the stock of any such company.
