CHAPTER 226.

 

AN ACT to regulate the practice of barbering in the State of

 

Maryland ; to establish a State Board of Barber Examiners;

 

to provide for the sanitary inspection of barber shops, and

 

to provide penalties for the violation thereof.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That within thirty days after the passage of this Act
the Governor shall appoint a Board of Barber Examiners for

member of said Board unless he has been continuously for five
