the same with amendments and to add additional sections

 

thereto in amending and revising the charter of Boons-

 

borough.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45,

 

46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 of Article 22 of

 

the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washing-

 

ton County," sub-title "Roonsborough," be and the same

 

are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

 

35. The inhabitants of Boonsborough, in Washington

 

County, are created a corporation by the name of the Burgess
