SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 178.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter

 

407 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of

 

1898, in so far as the same is applicable to Talbot County;

 

and to provide for the payment or disposition of all money

 

collected or received by any officer, officers or person from

 

forfeitures, fines, penalties and forfeited recognizances in

 

Talbot County.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
