SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 163.

 

AN ACT to add additional sections to the Code of Public Local

 

Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County," under a new

 

sub-title to be designated "Coroners and Justices of the

 

Peace," regulating certain duties of coroners and justices

 

of the peace, acting as coroners for Frederick County; also

 

regulating fees of physicians in said county attending coro-

 

ners' inquests.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

justice of the peace acting as coroner to immediately summon

 

some physician practicing within the limits of said Frederick

 

County, or in any city therein, where the decease of such
