SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 148.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 35

 

and 36 of Article 10, Public Local Laws, title "Dorches-

 

ter County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as repealed and

 

re-enacted by Chapter 212 of the Acts of the Assembly,

 

passed at the January Session, 1902, and to repeal and re-

 

enact with amendment Section 38 of said Article 10, and

 

to add an additional section, to be known as Section 35A.

 

SECTION i. De it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 35 and 36 of Article 10. Public Local

Game Laws of

as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 212 of the Acts of As-

 

sembly passed at the January Session, A.D. 1902, and Section

 

38 of said Article 10, and the same are hereby repealed and

 

re-enacted, and that another section, to be known as Section

 

35A, to immediately follow Section 35, is hereby added, to read

 

as follows :

 

35. No person shall shoot, or in any manner catch, kill or

 

have in his possession any quail, partridge, rabbit, woodcock
