AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 217

 

of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent

 

County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," and to add two new sections

 

to said Article to follow Section 217, and to be designated

 

as Sections 217A and 217B.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
