AN ACT to incorporate the Agriculturist Commercial Storage

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

associates, successors and assigns, be and they are hereby

created a body corporate and politic by the name of the Agri-

culturist Commercial Storage Company, and by that name have

perpetual succession, with power to sue and be sued, to plead
|
 
|
and implead, to make, have and use a common seal, and change
|
 
|
the same at pleasure, and to have and enjoy and may exercise
|
 
|
all rights, powers and privileges incident and necessary to the
|
 
|
purposes of said corporation, as created by this Act, and those
|
 
|
now or which shall hereafter be set forth in the Code of Public
|
 
|
General Laws of the State of Maryland, under the title "Cor-
|
 
|
porations."
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation shall be

age business, and with power to buy, lease, rent, hold, sell,

mortgage or make any other disposition of real and personal
|
 
|
property in the State of Maryland and elsewhere, and to make
|
 
|
contracts and agreements with the State of Maryland and the
|
 
|
various counties, cities, villages, towns or corporations and in-
|
 
|
dividuals in said State, under and by virtue of the power and
|
 
|
authority now or hereafter vested in said State, counties, cities,
|
 
|
villages, towns, corporations and individuals to contract and
|
