missioners of Wicomico County to issue any license for the

 

sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within the limits of

 

said Camden Election District No. 13 to any person, firms

 

or corporations whatsoever.

CHAPTER 134.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 98 of Article 5 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "Calvert County," sub-title "Liquor

 

and Intoxicating Drinks," and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Section 98 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local

amendments.

Laws of Maryland, title "Calvert County," sub-title "Liquor

 

and Intoxicating Drinks," be and the same is hereby repealed

 

and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows :

 

98. Any person violating- the provisions of the preceding

section shall, on conviction, be fined not less than fifty dollars

less than three months and not more than six months; and

of the United States ; provided, however, that nothing in this

 

Act shall be construed to repeal any of the provisions granted

 

to the town of Chesapeake Beach.

CHAPTER 135.

 

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council

 

of Hagerstown, Maryland, to borrow the sum of seven thou-

 

sand dollars by the issue and sale of bonds, the proceeds

 

therefrom to be used in the construction, improvement

 

and repair of drains and providing for the payment of the

 

interest on such bonds and the principal thereof.

 

SECTION I, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
