property of said county for the sum of eighteen hundred dol-

 

lars for the purpose of building a school house as hereinafter

 

mentioned, and said sum. or so much thereof as may be ne-

 

cessary, shall then be applied by and for that purpose, paid

 

to the School Commissioners of said county, for the erection

 

of a public school house in the fifth district of Baltimore

 

County, at Arcadia.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 133.

 

AN ACT to create and establish a new Election District

 

in Wicomico County, to he known as the thirteenth or

 

Camden Election District of Wicomico County.

 

SECTION 1. He it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Fook's Mills, thence by and with the north side of the Tony

 

Tank and Snow Hill road westward to its intersection with

 

the road leading from Salisbury to Fook's Mills, thence by

 

and with said road to the north side of the flumeway of

 

Fook's Grist Mill, thence westward by and with Clear Run

 

branch and Tony Tank Mill Pond and creek to the intersec-

 

tion of the said creek with the Wicomico river, thence by
