SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the Mayor and Common

Council of Hyattsville shall submit to the vote of the legally

notice of the intent and object of this Act, and date, time and
|

polling place of said election ; and that the certificate of the
|
 
|
said Mayor of said town of the holding of said election, and of
|

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, For the purposes of this special

election the Mayor and Common Council are hereby authorized

returns of the result of said election to the Mayor of said town.

"For the Issue of Sewerage Bonds," if the ballots to be cast be

for the issue, and ''Against the Issue of Sewerage Bonds," if the
|
 
|
ballots to be cast be against the issue. The returns of said
|
 
|
election shall be made as is provided for in the Section S,
|
 
|
and if a majority of the votes cast shall be against the issue
|
 
|
of sewerage bonds, then and in that case no bonds shall be is-
|
 
|
sued ; but if the majority of the votes cast shall be for the
|
 
|
issue of sewerage bonds, the Mayor and Common Council of
