CHAPTER 125.

AX ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Common

Council of Hyattsville to establish, construct and main-

tain a sewerage system for the town to Hyattsville, Prince

George's County, and to issue and sell its bonds to the

amount of not exceeding $30,000. To provide funds for

that purpose and to provide for the payment of the prin-

cipal and interest thereof, and to repeal only for the pur-

pose of this Act. Sections 18 and 35 of Chapter 631 of the

Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1902, and all

Acts and parts of Acts relating to the Mayor and Com-

mon Council of Hyattsville as far as the same are in con-

flict with this Act.
