SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect on

CHAPTER 118.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 68 of Article 27 of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, as amended bv Chapter 215 of the

 

Acts of 1902, and re-enact the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 68 of Article 27 of the Code of Public Gen-

 

eral Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punishment," sub-title

 

"Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct," as the same was re-

 

pealed and re-enacted by the Acts of General Assembly of

 

Maryland, 1902, Chapter 215, and the same is hereby repealed

 

and re-enacted to read as follows :

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, Every person who shall be found

 

drunk or acting in a disorderly manner, to the disturbance of
