CHAPTER 113.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Eureka Mutual Aid

 

Society of Baltimore City, a corporation incorporated under

 

the General Laws of this State, and the charter of which was

 

amended by the Act of the General Assembly at the Session

 

of 1900, Chapter 515, by changing the corporate name of said

 

incorporation to "The Eureka Life Insurance Company of

 

Baltimore City."

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

mentioned name said body corporate shall have, possess and

 

enjoy all the rights, privileges, powers and franchises hitherto

 

possessed by the Eureka Mutual Aid Society of Baltimore

 

City and shall be subject to all its liabilities.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

 

Approved March 18, 1904.

 

CHAPTER 114.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 30 of Article 27 of the Code of

 

Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punish-

 

ments," sub-title ''Concealed Weapons," and to re-enact the

 

same with amendments.
