101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 108 and 109, of Chapter 71 of the

|
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, are hereby
|

adopted and made a part of this Act a? fully as if they had
|
 
|
been herein specifically set out.

194I. The City Council shall meet on the Wednesday after
|

each election held under the provisions of this Act at seven
