SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 76 of the Acts -of the General

Assembly of Maryland of the Acts of 1902, entitled "An Act

to repeal Sections 94 to 112 of Article 23 of the Code of Pub-
|
 
|
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-
|
 
|
title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' as repealed, amended and re-en-
|
 
|
acted by Chapter 398 of the Acts of the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, session of 1894, providing for the collection of
|
 
|
taxes in Wicomico County and election of Treasurer and to
|
 
|
re-enact the same with amendments. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Chapter 76 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, session of 1902, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
|
 
|
tions 94 to 112 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
|
 
|
Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-title 'Revenue
|
 
|
and Taxes, as repealed, amended and re-enacted by Chapter
|

taxes.

of 1894, providing for the collection of taxes in Wicomico

with amendments, " be and the same is hereby repealed and

re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of Wicomico
|
 
|
County shall be the collector of all State taxes and of all county
|
 
|
taxes for whatsoever purposes levied or to be levied for or
|
 
|
within said county during the term of his office, or that may be
|
 
|
placed in his hands for collection, and he shall have full power
|
