cases and of filing the said law, insolvent and miscellaneous

papers and the making of such changes in and additions to the

furniture and fixtures of said office, shall be paid out of the

surplus revenue of the said Clerk of the Circuit Court for Bal-

timore County.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 76 of the Acts -of the General

Assembly of Maryland of the Acts of 1902, entitled "An Act

to repeal Sections 94 to 112 of Article 23 of the Code of Pub-

lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-

title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' as repealed, amended and re-en-

acted by Chapter 398 of the Acts of the General Assembly

of Maryland, session of 1894, providing for the collection of

taxes in Wicomico County and election of Treasurer and to

re-enact the same with amendments. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Chapter 76 of the Acts of the General Assembly of

Maryland, session of 1902, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-

tions 94 to 112 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local

Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-title 'Revenue

and Taxes, as repealed, amended and re-enacted by Chapter
