CHAPTER 90.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 218, 219, 220, 221, 222 and 223

 

of Article 1 of the Public Local Laws of the State of

 

Maryland, title "Allegany County," and to re-enact the

 

same with amendments, to provide for the inauguration

 

and maintenance of night schools in Allegany County.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 218, 219, 220, 221, 222 and 223 be and the

 

same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as

 

follows :

 

218. Free evening schools shall be opened in Allegany
