same was enacted by the Act of 1898, Chapter 384, under the

title "An Act to add a new section to Article g of the Code of

Public Local Laws, title 'Charles County,' sub-title 'County

Commissioner,' to follow Section 56, and to be designated as

Section S6A," and in lieu thereof to enact and add another sec-

tion relating to the publishing required to be contracted for by

the County Commissioners of Charles County to Article 9 of

the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Charles

County," sub-title "County Commissioners and County Treas-

urer," to come in immediately after Section 49 of said Article

9, and to be designated 49A...................................

ticle I of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany

County," sub-title "Elections — Primary," and to repeal an addi-

tion thereto designated as Section losA as enacted by Act

of 1900, Chapter 365, and to re-enact the same with amend-

ments, and to enact additional sections to be designated as Sec-

tions 113A, 113B, 113C and 113D.............................

No. 509. An Act to regulate the hunting, shooting or trapping of

wild geese, wild duck, snipe, ortolan, reedbird, muskrat and all

other birds and wild fowl on the Patuxent river, its tribu-

taries, and the marshes of said river and its tributaries ........

No. 510. An Act to regulate the erection, construction and main-

tenance of private and public buildings in the Twelfth Dis-

trict of Baltimore County, and to authorize and empower the

County Commissioners of said county to adopt rules and regu-

lations in reference thereto, and to provide for the appointment

and compensation by fees of an Inspector of Buildings for said

district, and to require that the erection and construction of

all buildings in said district shall be made under his supervision

and subject to the regulations of said County Commissioners,

and further to provide for the construction of fire-escapes for

school houses throughout Baltimore County.....................
